Our creative idea aimed to interrupt Canadians’ instinctive reaction to minor ailments – the feeling that they can derail your entire day or week. Instead, we offered a smarter, calmer first step: don’t panic, think pharmacist. We brought this to life through relatable everyday scenarios Canadians know all too well – a UTI before a girls’ weekend, acne before prom, or your child getting a rash just days before vacation. By using humour and real-life moments, we reframed pharmacists as the first call rather than the last resort.
